Local News

Sutton United FC got through to the 5th round of the FA Cup where they were drawn against Premier League side Arsenal after beating Leeds United 1-0. Unfortunately Sutton lost 2 -0 to Arsenal in what can only be described as a close and gripping match where Sutton gave it their all. Arsenal have since donated £50,000 to Sutton to carry out some much needed repairs to the ground.

Not only did Sutton United make the news for getting so far in the FA Cup but their reserve goalkeeper Wayne Shaw, made headlines when he ate a pie during the game #Piegate!
