The Association of Business Recovery Professionals - R3 (who are R3? find out here) have recently issued guidance documents to help individuals and businesses understand the risks of ‘ambulance chasers’ and unregulated organisations offering insolvency advice to individuals and companies.

Unfortunately there are many organisations out there that claim they can help people in financial difficulty but beware as many of these companies are not legitimate or regulated by an authorising body. They may have already contacted you or your company by phone, post or email trying to get you to sign up with them.
