Unfortunately, we are dealing with an increasing number of people who are suffering from mental health problems, which are often linked to money problems.The Money and Mental Health Policy Institute have recently stated that “100,000 people in England each year attempt suicide while struggling in problem debt”.
It is often a never-ending circle whereby poor mental health makes it harder to manage money and worrying about money makes mental health worse.
Let’s try to end the cycle.
